Our cooks have been trained by Michel from Paris Ecole hoteliere and moreover yacht skipper, which allowed him to collect recipes from all the 7 oceans.
What he loves best is to use basil, coriandra, minth, Saffron, curcuma, vanilla, lime, ginger, cinnamon and Coconut milk curries.
